Bearing fault resolution and removal countermeasures
Troubleshooting: Replace the front bearing and lubricating grease, adjust the bearing clearance, the shaft diameter clearance is 0.003mm, and the axial clearance is ±0.002mm; make a simple research tool by yourself, manually grind the precise positioning surface of the inner taper hole of the bearing, and paint with color Check by method to ensure that the contact area between the handle and the taper hole of the bearing exceeds 85%; replace the butterfly spring. Reinstall the repaired bearing into the bearing box, check the axial vibration with a micrometer, the proximal end is less than 0.006mm, and the far side 150mm is less than 0.010mm. During the trial production process, the temperature rise and noise of the bearing are normal, the machining accuracy is determined by the production process, and the fault is eliminated.
Corrective measures:
①Upgrade the air compression fine filter and drying device, the filter device should be drained regularly, and the filter element should be cleaned or replaced regularly;
② Check the cleaning and cooperation of the bearing taper hole and the tool handle at any time, and check whether the air dryer is working normally;
③Scientifically arrange the production process to prevent sudden changes in the removal rate of raw materials;
④ Overload operation is prohibited. If there is a fault, it should be reported immediately, and it is not allowed to operate with a fault.
Corrective measures to avoid plane bearing damage
There are many reasons for bearing damage, such as improper installation, waste intrusion or water intrusion, etc., which are the common reasons for the initial damage of many plane bearings. Root causes of widespread bearing failure and preventive measures to improve bearing life relative to each other.
Improper operation: Improper installation, operation or disassembly may cause deformation or damage to the ball bearing.
Insufficient wetting: Insufficient or poor wetting can cause component wear or severe bearing deformation.Rust and Erosion: Exposure to water has the potential to cause erosion and corrosion of the plain bearing components. Bearings damaged by rust can cause spalling during operation.
Amount of current: Plugging in electricity while the bearing is spinning has a high chance of causing grooves or scoring lines. When the bearing is stationary, improper grounding of electrical equipment can cause minor burns
External materials: Abrasive particle contamination and debris intrusion can cause wear, scuffs and dents in the plain bearing table
Axial force: Axial force, deflection, or excessive loading can cause geometric stress or flaking of the surface.
