Do not directly hammer the bearing end surface and non-stressed surface during installation. The bearing should be evenly stressed by pressing blocks, sleeves or other installation tools, and installation should not be carried out through rolling elements. If the installation surface is coated with lubricating oil, it will make the installation smoother. If the fit interference is large, put the bearing in mineral oil and heat it to 80~90°C and install it as soon as possible, and strictly control the oil temperature not to exceed 100°C to prevent the tempering effect from reducing the hardness and affecting the dimensional recovery. When you encounter difficulties in disassembly, it is recommended that you use a disassembly tool to pull outwards and carefully spray hot oil on the inner ring. The heat will expand the inner ring of the bearing and make it easier to fall off.
Not all bearings require the minimum working clearance, you must choose the appropriate clearance according to the conditions. In the national standard 4604-93, the radial clearance of rolling bearings is divided into five groups—group 2, group 0, group 3, group 4, and group 5. The clearance values are in descending order, and group 0 is the standard clearance. The basic radial clearance group is suitable for general operating conditions, conventional temperatures and commonly used interference fits; bearings working under special conditions such as high temperature, high speed, low noise, and low friction should use large radial clearances; Bearings for precision spindles and machine tool spindles should use small radial clearances; for roller bearings, a small amount of working clearance can be maintained. In addition, there is no clearance for separate bearings; finally, the working clearance of the bearing after installation is smaller than the original clearance before installation, because the bearing must bear a certain load and rotate, and there are also bearing fits and loads. amount of elastic deformation.
For the problem of sealing defects of bearings with embedded seals, in the process of adjustment, there are two steps that need to be strictly carried out.
1. The cover structure of the inlaid sealed bearing is changed to both sides of the bearing, and the installation structure of the equipment bearing is adjusted. It does not need to be in direct contact with the bearing, and the bearing is dust-proofed from the outside of the bearing. The sealing effect of this structure is higher than the self-sealing of the bearing sold by the bearing agent, which directly blocks the intrusion path of particulate matter and ensures the cleanliness of the bearing interior. This structure improves the heat dissipation space of the bearing, and has little damage to the anti-fatigue performance of the bearing.
2. Although the external sealing method of the bearing has a good sealing effect, the heat dissipation path is also blocked, so cooling components need to be installed. The cooling device can reduce the operating temperature of the lubricant, and the natural heat dissipation after cooling can avoid the high temperature operation of the bearing.
