618 series and 619 series bearing structure types and characteristics

This type of bearing has small friction coefficient, high limit speed, simple structure, low manufacturing cost and easy to achieve high manufacturing precision. Various size ranges and structural forms are used in precision instruments, low-noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles and general machinery industries. They are the most widely used type of bearings in the machinery industry. It mainly bears radial load and can also bear a certain amount of axial load. When the radial clearance of the bearing is increased, it has the performance of a certain angular contact ball bearing and can bear the combined radial and axial loads. When the speed is high and thrust ball bearings are not suitable, they can also be used to bear pure axial loads. Compared with other types of bearings with the same specification and size as deep groove ball bearings, this type of bearing has a small friction coefficient and a high limit speed. However, it is not resistant to impact and is not suitable for heavy loads.

Principles of 618 and 619 series  Deep groove ball bearings are non-separable bearings! This type of bearing has the advantages of simple structure, no need for frequent maintenance during operation, and the price is relatively cheap. It is an extremely widely used radial bearing, suitable for high-speed operating conditions.

The inner and outer rings of single row deep groove ball bearings have deep groove raceways. The deep-groove raceway and the excellent fit between the raceway and the steel ball make this type of bearing bear a certain amount of bidirectional axial load while bearing radial load.

When the radial clearance of the bearing is appropriately increased, the ability to withstand axial loads is increased, so it can sometimes be used to replace high-speed angular contact ball bearings.
