Before installation, clean the parts such as the bearing seat or the shaft that cooperate with the bearing, remove oil and impurities, and confirm that there are no burrs or burrs.

Be sure to confirm that the inner diameter of the bearing seat and the outer diameter of the bearing, and the matching tolerance between the journal and the inner diameter 

of the bearing meet the requirements.

When installing the inner ring, please make sure that the rolling elements cannot be stressed, and gently tap the end face of the inner ring with a plastic hammer until the

 end face of the inner ring is completely in contact with the mating end face through the sound; when installing the outer ring, refer to the installation requirements of the inner ring.

 reach the best rigidity after assembly, and can withstand bidirectional axial forces and radial forces. Force, overturning moment and other loads in various directions.
