Maintenance methods of thin-walled bearings

Thin-walled bearings achieve an extremely thin bearing cross-section and also achieve product miniaturization and lightweight. The diversity of products expands their range of uses. Specific maintenance methods are as follows:

1. Remove the bearing. Some bearings have removable side covers, while others do not.

2. If it is detachable, it will be very simple! Use a flat-head precision screwdriver to pry up the C ring through the gap in the C ring, and then take off the side cover. Just remove one side! Keep the C-ring and side cover away, you "may" want to put them back after washing!

3. If it is not removable, it will be more troublesome! Use destructive methods. Use a precision screwdriver to insert into the seam of the side cover and pry up the side cover. Don’t doubt it, that’s it. However, the side cover cannot be put back on! Well, throw it away! Remember, as long as you remove one side, it will be fine, if you remove both sides, it will be ruined!

4. Remove the side cover of all bearings and start washing! Pour the stained oil into a bowl, drop the bearing and stir it.
