As one of the core components in the reducer, bearings are also divided into the following categories according to the reducer, namely crossed roller bearings for harmonic reducers, flexible bearings for harmonic reducers, and angular contact ball bearings for RV reducers. Crossed roller bearings for harmonic reducers include four series, CSG (CSF) series, CSD series, SHG (SHF) series, and SHD series. The naming method adopts the name of the reducer; the flexible bearings for harmonic reducers are named HYR. . The main bearing of the RV reducer is named RV.

RV reducer bearings mostly use non-standard sizes, consisting of an outer ring, an inner ring, an integral retainer and a set of precision steel balls. The contact angle is 40°; the bearing can simultaneously bear radial load and axial load in one direction. load, and can also bear pure axial load in one direction. This type of bearing is often used in pairs in a back-to-back configuration: the bearing cross-section is small, which saves the installation space of the host; the retainer is made of engineering plastics with glass fiber added, which greatly reduces The weight of the entire bearing increases the strength of the material and the operating temperature (the retainer is temperature resistant to 120°). Mainly used in the main support part of RV reducer.

The flexible bearing mainly bears alternating bending stress and torque stress. Because its wall thickness is relatively thin, it is more likely to undergo certain deformation when mating with the cam. The inner and outer rings and rolling elements of the bearing are made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel, and the retainer is made of nylon as a whole. retainer.
