Hongyuan Bearing has always adhered to the research, development and production of precision bearings. For this reason, many orders and businesses that were very profitable back then were cut off.

Researching precision bearings is not easy. Take the joints of robots - the special shafts for robot reducers - as an example. Since 2011, it has gone through countless trials, trials and errors, iterations and evolutions. It took about seven or eight years before it was truly consistent with foreign bearings.

Today, the turntable bearings and special bearings for robot reducers produced by Hongyuan Bearing occupy more than 80% of the domestic market share. The products are long-term supporting products for well-known domestic and foreign companies and are exported to countries and regions such as Germany and Italy. They are widely used in high-end equipment fields such as precision machine tools and industrial robots.

In the next 10 years, Wu Qiaoling said that Hongyuan Bearing will continue to make efforts in supporting spherical bearings for humanoid robots and high-end bearings for industrial machines.

In 2023, there will be more than 1,400 high-tech enterprises and more than 3,000 technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in Luoyang. “1 meter wide and 1,000 meters deep” is not only reflected in the research and development of individual enterprises in Luoyang, but also in the overall scientific research atmosphere of Luoyang.

In 2023, the "Efficient Soybean Combined Harvester" research and development project and the "Orchard Intelligent Weeding Robot" project led by Longmen Laboratory have both passed the performance test of the National Agricultural Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and have the conditions for industrialization, marking the Longmen The first batch of scientific research results from the laboratory were officially "released".

In the past year, Luoyang’s innovation-driven capabilities have become more complete. Four national key laboratories in Luoyang were reorganized and listed, and the number of national-level innovation platforms reached 108. The construction of Zhoushan Smart Island and Yibin Smart Island was accelerated, and Luonai Institute, 725 Institute, etc. took the lead in establishing a provincial innovation consortium. In terms of scientific research results, 19 industrial research institutes transformed 188 results and made 167 breakthroughs in key core technologies.
