YRT turntable bearing is a commonly used high-precision bearing. As can be seen from its name, it is a professional bearing designed for turntables. At the same time, it is also widely used in high-precision equipment such as medical equipment, CNC machine tools, and even precision radar. Therefore, the turntable bearing must be maintained in good condition and performance at all times, and must be maintained and inspected to prevent accidents before they occur, ensure operational reliability, and improve productivity and economy. It is best to maintain operating standards corresponding to the operating conditions of the machinery and conduct regular inspections.

According to the load acting on the turntable bearing and the rotation state of the ferrule, the load borne by the ferrule can be divided into three types: fixed load, rotation load and back-and-forth rocking load.

The radial load resulting from the fixed load is borne by the raceway portion of the ring and is transmitted to the corresponding portion of the corresponding surface of the shaft or housing. This type of load bearing is called a fixed bearing load. The unique aspect of stationary loading is that the resulting radial load is relative to the ferrule at rest. Generally, looser ferrules are more suitable for bearing fixed loads.

The rotational load acts on the bearing ring and the resultant radial load vector rotates along the circumferential direction of the raceway, which is borne by various parts of the raceway in turn, and is accordingly transferred to various parts of the surface of the shaft housing hole. This kind of load is called rotation load, also called cyclic load.

The resultant radial load vector acting on the bearing ring relatively rocks back and forth within a certain area of the ring raceway, is borne by a certain area of the raceway, and is accordingly transmitted to a certain area of the surface of the shaft or housing hole. , or the load acting on the bearing is impact load or oscillation load, the load direction or number often changes, this load is called back and forth rocking load. When the bearing bears a back-and-forth rocking load, especially when bearing a heavy load, interference is considered appropriate for both the inner and outer rings. When the inner ring rocks and rotates back and forth, it is generally suitable to use a rotation load on the inner ring.
