Thin-wall angular contact ball bearing

This type of bearing is mainly used as the main bearing of the reducer. It has a large contact angle, usually 40°~50°, high precision and high rigidity, and has an important influence on the torque rigidity of the reducer; the inner and outer rings of the bearing are usually not of equal height. On the one hand, this is due to the compact structure of the reducer to avoid interference between the bearings during installation, and on the other hand, it is also for the convenience of bearing lubrication and heat dissipation; the bearing cage usually adopts a crown cage of PA66 injection molding.

Thin-wall deep groove ball bearing

This type of bearing is mainly used in the output part of the reducer, requiring high precision and stable output.

Thin-wall tapered roller bearing

These bearings are divided into crank support and main support. The crank support with thin-walled tapered roller bearings is usually smaller and placed on both sides of the crank to support the crank.

Cylindrical roller (needle roller) and cage assembly

This type of bearing has no inner and outer rings. When used, it can be developed and placed in the middle part of the crank, with the matching shaft and hole as the inner and outer rings and raceways of the bearing, playing an important role in supporting the crank cycloid wheel. The structure is very simple and compact.
