In the hot summer, in order to cope with the high temperature weather, Luoyang Hongyuan Bearing took quick action and continued to open the "cool mode", taking multiple measures and going all out to ensure the safety of production and summer heatstroke prevention and cooling for the majority of employees.

1. Create a cool and comfortable workshop environment. The central air-conditioning and fresh air systems of the 35,000 square meters of digital workshops in the north area are fully open; the workshops in the south area are equipped with multiple exhaust ventilation and cooling equipment.

2. Give practical humanistic care and configure cooling and heat-reducing items. Provide cooling foods such as mung bean soup, love popsicles, cooling fruits, rock sugar chrysanthemum herbal tea, etc. for the majority of employees; prepare anti-heatstroke medicines such as Huoxiang Zhengqi water for everyone to use at any time.

3. Provide high temperature subsidies for employees in the heat treatment workshop.
