When we install or remove the turntable bearing, do not apply external force to the connecting bolts to prevent damage to the bearing.
When installing the bearing, we also need to pay attention to the dimensional tolerance of the bearing and the installation parts, so that the side clamping flange can firmly press the inner ring or outer ring from the side.
The turntable bearing needs to maintain sufficient preload, so under working conditions, the bolt preload needs to be checked once every operating hour, and then checked once every operating hour. The bolts should be replaced every year or after working hours.
When the bearing is used in dusty and humid areas, it is necessary to perform regular inspections and lubrication according to the specific usage conditions. The bearing should be replaced with new grease before and after a long period of stoppage. When lubricating the bearing, the raceway must be filled with grease every time, and then the bearing must be slowly rotated to allow the bearing to be fully and evenly filled.
