Installation and adjustment of bearings

The performance of machine tools depends largely on the precision and dynamic performance of the spindle assembly, which is directly related to the installation and adjustment of the spindle bearings.

Rolling bearings for machine tools are precision parts and are particularly sensitive to improper operation during installation and adjustment. If the installation method is improper, the bearing may be damaged and the precision of the bearing may be destroyed. If the adjustment is not appropriate, there will be poor precision, low rigidity, high temperature rise, high noise or poor vibration resistance.
