With the rapid development and maturity of domestic high-precision processing equipment, more and more high-precision CNC processing equipment such as CNC indexing discs, vertical machining centers, vertical lathes, and grinding machines are abandoning traditional designs and adopting better crossovers. roller bearings. It has the characteristics of high rotation accuracy and speed, large bearing capacity, small size, strong rigidity, etc. It has a wide range of uses and incomparable advantages of other bearings.

Crossed roller bearings are also called crossed roller bearings. The rolling elements generally adopt cylindrical rollers or tapered rollers arranged crosswise on the raceway, and the rollers are separated by cages or spacers. The arrangement of the rollers enables a single bearing to withstand various loads such as axial load, radial load and overturning moment. Compared with traditional structural bearings, the rigidity is increased by 3-4 times. It is suitable for various industrial rotating parts, rotating worktables and other applications.

Crossed cylindrical roller bearings:

The structure of the crossed cylindrical roller bearing is that the outer ring and the inner ring are integral. The rolling elements are cylindrical rollers, which are arranged vertically at 90° in the V-shaped raceway. The rollers are separated by spacers. This structure enables a single bearing to bear various loads such as axial load, radial load and overturning moment. At the same time, due to the maximum miniaturization of the external dimensions, and the bearing has high rigidity, rotation accuracy and composite load capacity, it is most suitable for the joints or rotating parts of industrial robots, the rotary table of machining centers, and the rotation of manipulators. Department, precision rotary table, medical equipment, measuring instrument and other occasions.

HRBH type (integrated inner and outer rings, without installation holes), since the outer ring and inner ring have no installation holes, flanges and support seats are required for installation. In addition, since the outer ring and inner ring are integral structures, installation has no effect on performance, so stable rotation accuracy and torque can be obtained. It is suitable for occasions where the outer ring and inner ring rotate but require miniaturization.

Double Row Crossed Cylindrical Roller Bearings

The inner and outer rings of HRW bearings adopt an integrated structure design. Due to the double-row rolling surface and the use of small-diameter rollers, the number of rollers is about 5 times that of the traditional cross-roller collar RU type* (RW 228 type). Torque has been reduced while maintaining compactness and increasing rigidity and precision. Since the size and number of bolt holes for mounting are optimally designed, deformation of the raceway due to mounting can be reduced, resulting in stable rotational performance.

HRW bearings are precision bearings with a double-row cylindrical roller structure. The rolling elements are distributed face to face in the two rows of raceways as a whole according to a pressure angle of 45°, and the angle between the two rows of rolling elements is 90° vertically. The thickness characteristics of the bearing make the bearing have better overall rigidity and ring strength, and it is not easily affected by the mating parts during installation, and it is easier to install. Bearings can be mounted in applications with high rigidity requirements, such as rotary tables and milling heads.

Cross Tapered Roller Bearings

Crossed tapered roller bearings consist of two rows of bearing raceways and rollers perpendicular to each other. The rollers are alternately arranged on the raceway, and the assembly height of the bearing is slightly higher than that of the single row tapered roller bearing. In addition, the inclination angle of the bearing raceway and the geometry of the tapered rollers protect the bearing from stress concentration problems during use. Finally, the effective span of a crossed tapered roller bearing is many times larger than the bearing width.

Crossed tapered roller bearings can withstand high overturning moments and are suitable for machine tool rotary tables (vertical lathes and grinding machines). These bearings are also suitable for other space-constrained installations or where an extremely low center of gravity of rotation is required.

Equal cross-section thin-walled crossed roller bearings

The cylindrical rollers of HRAU series thin-walled cross roller bearings with equal cross-section are arranged crosswise on the V-shaped raceway, and the rollers are separated by spacers. It can withstand various loads such as axial load, radial load and overturning moment. In addition, since the inner and outer rings are of integral structure, it can be used for both inner ring rotation and outer ring rotation.

Since the external dimensions are miniaturized to the maximum, and the bearing has high rigidity, rotation accuracy and composite load capacity, it is most suitable for joints or rotating parts of industrial robots, direct drive motors, medical equipment, measuring instruments, etc.
