Before installation, clean the bearing seat or shaft and other parts that match the bearing, remove oil and impurities, and confirm that there are no burrs or rough edges. Make sure that the matching tolerances of the inner diameter of the bearing seat and the outer diameter of the bearing, and the journal and the inner diameter of the bearing meet the requirements.
When installing the inner ring, make sure that the rolling element cannot be stressed, and gently tap the inner ring end face with a plastic hammer until the sound can be used to determine that the inner ring end face is in full contact with the matching end face; refer to the inner ring installation requirements when installing the outer ring.
Rv reducer bearings need to be installed in pairs. During the assembly process, the customer adjusts the preload of the bearing by himself. The appropriate preload can make the bearing rigidity reach the best state after assembly, and can withstand loads in various directions such as bidirectional axial force, radial force, and overturning moment.
